Aluminum Tube

PC Sheet

Tempered Glass

Step 11 - Product Testing
Each unit undergoes 100% function tests—LED brightness, battery charging, waterproof rating, and beam distance. For headlights and flashlights, lighting duration and heat resistance are also tested to meet international quality standards.
Step 12 - Packaging
Products are packed using blister cards, drawstring bags, color boxes, or custom cartons based on client needs. Manual and automated packing lines ensure protection during transport and enhance retail presentation.
