Kelyland’s QA logs from the sleeping bag factory in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu – which produces 1.5 million units annually under ISO 9001 standards – show a clear pattern. Over 70% of youth bag returns cite ‘child too tall’ or ‘too cramped’ as the primary reason. These are not quality defects. The stitching holds. The zippers work. The fill stays in place.
